If you're not satisfied, email us at info@araamlife.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase price of your product. Because our supplements are consumable health products, you don't need to mail anything back. This guarantee covers your first order of each product, limited to one refund per customer.

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of supplements, and we do not restock consumable products. Our money-back guarantee above is how we make things right in place of a physical return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@araamlife.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If tracking shows your order as delivered but you didn't receive it, or it hasn't arrived within 18 days of shipping, contact us and we'll investigate and make it right.

How Refunds Are Issued Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Standard shipping is free; any optional express shipping upgrade is non-refundable.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save) You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription anytime in your account, with no fees. To avoid your next charge, cancel at least  24 hours before your renewal date. Your first subscription order is covered by the money-back guarantee above.
