Araam Life started at 3 a.m., the hour I knew too well. As a scientist and mom juggling two jobs and a full house, I was desperate for real rest, calm energy, and clarity. So I used my science background to study the biochemistry of every ingredient and build the supplements I could not find on the shelf.
