Araam Life, a DBA of Level Castiles LLC (“Araam Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Araam Life is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Terms of Service, which is available on our website. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Araam Life’s website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages by email or text message. We also use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. These cookies are set by Shopify, the e-commerce platform that powers our store; Klaviyo, our email and SMS marketing platform; and Stripe, one of our payment processors. You can review Shopify’s own cookie practices at Shopify’s Cookie Policy. We use Meta’s advertising tools on Facebook and Instagram, including the Meta Pixel, Advanced Matching, and Conversions API. These tools share information about your interactions with our site, including purchases, with Meta using cookies and, for Advanced Matching and Conversions API, hashed contact information (such as your email address or phone number) and order details, to help us measure ad performance and reach people likely to be interested in our products. This integration is active as of the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy. As we adopt additional advertising or analytics tools, we will update this section to name them. Text Message (SMS) Marketing Program
If you opt in to receive text messages from Araam Life, for example through our website sign-up form or at checkout, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages, including abandoned-cart reminders, order updates, and promotional offers, at the mobile number you provide. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
· You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
· You may get help at any time by replying HELP, or by contacting us using the details in the Contact section below.
· Your mobile opt-in information and consent are used solely to send you the text messages described in this section. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Disclose Personal Information
In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes subject to this Privacy Policy. Such circumstances may include:

Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you. In addition, to help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our Store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. To provide these enhanced features, Shopify may make use of personal information collected about your interactions with our store, along with other merchants, and with Shopify. In these circumstances, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your personal information, including for responding to your requests to exercise your rights over use of your personal information for these purposes. Location Tracking and Location-Based Services
Araam Life does not currently use precise geolocation tracking or offer location-based services beyond the general, IP-based location information described above under Device information. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy to fully describe what location data is collected, how it is collected, and for what purpose, before implementing any such feature.
Children’s Data
The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted. As of the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

We do not store your full payment card number; card payments are processed by Shopify Payments in accordance with industry-standard payment security practices.
